Newyear Group of companies is one of the leading business groups who established their signature in various kinds of entirely different businesses all over the state.

The management of the Newyear Group wants to make all their office activities and documents digitalised. To make the functioning of the office smooth and transparent and to generate all sorts of reports based on dates, month and year in quick.

They approached us to make this happen - a fully digitalized system for their branches to keep all processes documented.

Our solution

The experienced team on our side allowed us to create an ideal web application that helps the organization to all their needs by providing a system which simply enact all the requirements for digitalisation. Our team make it happen by producing a system with different modules like Enquiry & Customer Management, HR module, Vehicle Management, Inventory management File Movement, Agreements & legal documents and likewise.

Key Features of the solution are:

  • Enquiry & Customer Management - The basic need of the application to make all sort of customer enquiries documented. So they can add follow ups and feedback for them and may this have been an iteration process since a single customer visits the branch multiple times so we can easily track details of all visits by him in previous days. The new customers created from these modules.
  • HR module - Helps in the automation process for all kinds of HR activities like, attendance marking, salary slips, recruitments likewise.
  • Inventory management - All companies had to maintain an inventory to manage their belongings. Depending on the requirement the application may need either a big inventory or small inventory management option . Here we are providing an inventory module with extensibility so this will make all belongings should be counted and updated and generate report on that
  • File Movement - For each and every company regardless of their operations too many letters and other types of documents will come there day by day. It is necessary to do so that those files should be kept as safe and well tracked. File movement is a module which helps to do these kinds of activities by which we can create a row and column hierarchy to attain this
  • There are other modules like Vehicle management, Agreements & legal documents etc as we stated earlier will provide all kind of security for the data and can track and audit them easily
  • Report management - Each module in the application will provide you the options to generate reports on the basis of any customised search criteria mainly by date range/month/year. It will we very easy with this module to generate reports according to your wish and track progress in daily activities
  • Notification Management - All users can receive notifications via email and web applications. For example, if a work is given to an employee then he will be notified by email as well as a simple alert system through the application.
  • Reminder System - All users can receive reminders via web applications related to their works in the application dashboard.

1Team Setup

We adopted scrum methodology for this project and made the requirements to stories and create tasks from those stories.By putting a set of tasks in sprint and maintain that tempo by covering those in the same sprint itself. We had a core project team of 3 dedicated backend developers who provide their vast experience to make an effective application.
